Losing It! Week 2 Continued

I’m on the thirst day of my second week. Today is supposed to be a rest day but I’m not so sure about that. Monday I started doing my workouts at night. I think I’m going to like it much better than the early morning workouts. My back is limber by that time and I feel like I have more energy and can move better. I have NEVER been a morning person. Anyone that knows me will agree. Plus I’m one of those people who showers at night. You know there are two kinds of people in this world. Those who shower in the morning and those who shower at night. So I can do my workout at night, then shower, then go to bed. It just works for me.

I continue to feel better. Still no visual change, at least to me. But I am LOVING these workouts. TurboFire is just so motivating. In other workout videos there is always something that drives me crazy. Either its their voice or maybe someone in the group annoys me. But with TurboFire that isn’t the case. I’m still working hard to get the moves down but for the most part its easy as long as you go with the “new to class” version for the first few times.

Also, I continue to struggle with food. That has always been a weakness for me. I need to learn to control cravings.
