Today is Wednesday. This is my day off from the TurboFire program. Yesterday I did my first HIIT program. HIIT stands for high intensity interval training. The workout only lasts 15 minutes but WOW! It is 15 minutes of high intensity aerobic exercise. It was hard to keep up with and I had to modify a little. But the more I do it the easier it will be. I’m sore today so I must be doing something right. So far I love this program. Looking forward to tomorrows workout.
Since I won’t be doing a workout today, I will go for a walk later assuming that the rain holds off. Stay tuned for the next update.
