Losing It! Day 1 Out of Shape

Happy St. Patty”s Day! We finally have sunshine here in the great state of Ohio so I decided to take advantage of it. It’s a beautiful morning. I walked about a mile and a half. I know that doesn’t seem like much but where I live you can’t go anywhere without climbing a hill to get home. So even though it was a mile and a half, it was all up and down hills, and my heart was pumping. I walked 5,335 steps to be exact. So says my pedometer. My iPod definitely helped. Sugarland and Miranda Lambert helped me up the majority of those hills. I felt great when I got home though. Planning another walk tomorrow. Now I’m off to do my domestic duties. Stay tuned…….

    Well, you have inspired me to try to lose it again. I was so happy that it was warm enough to get the baby outside today. We were able to go to the hike and bike trail for a walk tonight. We walked about 2 1/2 miles, but it was all flat. It felt so good to just be outside and moving. This winter has definately been too long. I didn’t do great with what I ate today, but after getting outside tonight I feel up to starting to really pay attention to what I eat tomorrow. Keep on motivating me!
