It’s Monday and the first day of week 3 on the TurboFire program. Last week I only got in 2 workouts. Yes, I know, not good! Hence the reason I have not seen any results. This week my goal is to get in all 6 workouts. I bought myself new workout shoes and workout clothes. More motivation for me. Stay tuned to see how this week progresses for me….
